No-Bake Protein Bars
When you need a healthy snack on-the-go that is made of your favorite Sunwarrior protein and is customizable in all the best ways, this recipe has got you covered!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup nut butter
- ¾ cup Sunwarrior Lean Superfood Shake
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ cup agave nectar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4–6 ounces melted vegan chocolate chips
Optional toppings
- Chia seeds
- Coconut flakes, goji berries or goji berry powder
Directions
Except for the melted chocolate chips, stir all ingredients together in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Press dough into a lined 8X8 pan, cover with melted chocolate chips, top with any desired toppings, and chill in refrigerator. Cut into rectangles and enjoy!
