Easy Chocolate Chip Protein Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Sunwarrior Organic Pumpkin Seed Protein Powder 
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup flour 
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup chocolate chips, optional

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Line muffin tin with liners. Mix all ingredients except choc. chips until well combined. Fold in choc. chips. Pour batter into prepared muffin tin. Bake 10-12 minutes.
