Fuel your morning with mango blueberry overnight oats—packed with fiber, vitamins, and protein to boost heart health, burn fat, and keep you full longer.
Overnight oats are a great way to fuel your body in the morning. It is also a quick way to increase your heart health, burn fat and fill you up longer. With minimal prep time, you are starting your day off in the right direction!
With that being said, who else get excited by mangos? Mangos are loaded with vitamins that help our bodies from the inside out. High levels of vitamin C, pectin and fiber help to lower LDL cholesterol, our immune systems get a boost from vitamins A and C, and if you find a mango that’s not so ripe that’s ok too because it can help you fight off heat stroke - just don’t use the unripe ones in this particular smoothie!
Serving = 1 mason jar
Mango Blueberry Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- ¾ cup oats
- 2 tablespoons Sunwarrior Organic Chia Seeds
- ¾ cup almond milk
- 1 ¼ cup fresh mango, chopped (frozen will also work if you don’t have fresh ones)
- ¾ cup non dairy blueberry yogurt
- ¼ cup fresh blueberries
- 1 scoop Sunwarrior Clear Protein Refresher, peach mango flavor
- Cinnamon, a pinch
- Stevia to sweeten, if desired
Directions
- In a container, combine oats, chia seeds, almond milk, and stevia (if desired). Stir ingredients and seal container and place into fridge overnight. Remove from fridge when ready to use the next day.
- In the morning, combine ¾ cup chopped mango, non dairy yogurt, protein powder and a pinch of cinnamon into blender. Blend until smooth.
- In a large glass, or mason jar, start layering your smoothie. I do the blended mango first, then a layer of oats. In the middle use a little fresh mango and blueberry for texture, then continue to layer until you are out of ingredients.
- Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon, and fresh fruit. Enjoy!!
