Mint Blueberry Smoothie

Berries are known to be high in antioxidants and fiber; they also contain cancer-fighting properties. Mint Blueberry Smoothie

Servings 1–2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana, fresh or frozen
  • 2 to 3 medjool dates
  • 5 to 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 scoop Sunwarrior Classic protein, vanilla

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender like Vitamix or Blend tech. Pour it into a glass and garnish with coconut flakes before serving. Enjoy!
