Sunwarrior Chia Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Sunwarrior Chia Seeds
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup Sunwarrior Coconut Milk Powder
- 1 scoop Sunwarrior Classic vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon Sunwarrior Organic Cacao Powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
- ½ cup frozen or fresh raspberries
Directions:
- For chia gel: soak chia seeds with enough water to cover the chia seeds. Let the chia and water soak for a minimum of 15 minutes.
- In a bowl add everything but the mango. Stir well and place in the fridge overnight.
- Add frozen or fresh raspberries to chia pudding.
