Fuel your morning with strawberry banana overnight oats—packed with fiber, vitamins, and protein to boost heart health and keep you full longer.
Overnight oats are a great way to fuel your body in the morning. It is also a quick way to increase your heart health, burn fat and fill you up longer. With minimal prep time, you are starting your day off in the right direction!
Serving = 1 mason jar
Strawberry Banana Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- ¾ cup oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- ¾ cup almond milk
- ¼ cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- ! banana sliced
- ¾ cup nondairy strawberry yogurt
- 1 scoop Sunwarrior Pumpkin Seed Protein Powder
- Cinnamon, a pinch
- Maple syrup to sweeten, if desired
Directions
- In a container, combine oats, chia seeds, almond milk, and maple syrup (if desired). Stir ingredients and seal container and place into fridge overnight. Remove from fridge when ready to use the next day.
- In the morning, combine a part of the sliced strawberries and banana, nondairy yogurt, protein powder, and a pinch of cinnamon into a blender. Blend until smooth.
- In a large glass, or mason jar, start layering your smoothie. First, a layer of oats, then the bananas, more oats, the strawberries. Then continue to layer until you are out of ingredients.
- Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon, and fresh fruit. Enjoy!!
