Pumpkin Pie and Chia Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup oats
- 1 tablespoon Sunwarrior Chia Seeds
- 1 scoop Sunwarrior Active Protein, vanilla flavor
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- ½ cup almond milk
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
Optional toppings
- Coconut flakes
- Pecans
Instructions
- Add all ingredients one at a time to a jar that comes with a lid.
- Mix well, making sure to get all the way to the bottom of the jar.
- Secure the lid and place in fridge overnight. If you’re in a hurry, 20-30 minutes is all it really needs, but the flavors settle together if it has longer
- The next morning, remove the lid, give it a few nice big stirs and add in your desired toppings.
