Easy Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup oats
  • 1 scoop Sunwarrior Lean Superfood Shake, snickerdoodle flavor
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ cored apple, diced (It doesn’t matter what kind of apples you use or if you peel it or not. This is one of those times when you get to choose the way you love it best. I personally prefer a Pink Lady)

Additional & Optional Toppings:

  • Cranberries
  • granola
  • almond milk

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a jar with a good lid.
  2. Mix well, making sure to get all the way to the bottom of the jar.
  3. Secure the lid and place into the fridge. Let it sit overnight. However, if you didn’t prep the night before you can do it in the morning and let it sit while you shower and get dressed since 30 minutes is all it really needs.
  4. Stir before eating to make sure it’s all mixed well, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
