Post-workout Muscle Recovery Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 scoop Sunwarrior Active Creatine

- ½ tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 ½ cups almond milk
