- 1 serving Sunwarrior WarriorBlend Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup chopped pear
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Sprinkle cardamom powder
- 1–2 cups unsweetened hemp milk
- 1 cup ice
