Some people really struggle with drinking enough water, and part of the problem is a lack of flavor. So use these recipes to increase your water intake!

water_drop_drip_splash_pool_picWater, as we all know, is critical to our daily living. It regulates blood, keeps your organs functioning, hydrates your cells and skin, and of course keeps you alive by providing more oxygen. Drinking a minimum amount of water (I’d recommend 3 liters/day for an adult) is essential. If you are physically active, your water intake level goes up simultaneously.

As important as it is to consume water for our better health, the lack of taste in water can make its consumption boring.
