  1. Refrigerate the coconut milk can overnight
  2. Once cold, open the can and scoop out the solidified coconut cream to a mixing bowl. Save the coconut water for a different recipe. Using either a stand mixer or hand beaters, whip the cream until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and whip until it forms a mousse-like texture. Enjoy!
