Pina Colada Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup Sunwarrior Harvest Coconut Milk powder
- 3 tablespoons Sunwarrior Harvest Chia Seeds
- ½ cup frozen or fresh pineapple, chopped into small chunks
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a jar, add all the ingredients.
- Use a fork to stir the chia pudding so the chia seeds don’t clump together.
- Screw your lid onto your jar and place the pudding in your fridge.
- About 10 minutes later get back into your jar and stir it again with a fork.
- Let it sit in the fridge for at least another 30 minutes and then stir again and enjoy!
