Stacks of flavor and workout energy are yours for the taking with these Lemon Raspberry Pancakes boosted with MCT oil powder. These pancakes can be whipped up in less than 15 minutes and will power you through your workout and your day.
Lemon Berry Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon Sunwarrior MCT Oil Powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ cup water
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- Coconut oil for pan
- Raspberries and blueberries for topping
Directions
In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together and then add in wet ingredients. Don’t over mix, or your pancakes won’t be as fluffy.
