Gracious Living Protein Monkey Fudge Bars
Ingredients:
- 1 serving Sunwarrior Warrior Blend protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
- 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
- 1/2 cup raw almond butter (or raw nut or seed butter of your choice)
- 2–3 tablespoons maple syrup or yacon syrup
- 1½ tablespoons flax oil
- 2 tablespoons room temperature raw coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon PURE liquid vanilla
- Sprinkle sea salt
No-Heat Directions:
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl with a wooden spoon until nice and creamy.
Line baking dish with parchment paper. Place mixture in dish lined with paper. Spread evenly so that it will freeze into a flat mixture that is not too thick—like a thin bar.
Freeze for a few hours. Cut into small pieces and enjoy the melt in your mouth goodness!
