  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup vegan chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Start by making your chia egg! In a small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon Sunwarrior Chia Seeds with 3 tablespoons water. Stir well and let it sit for about 5 minutes until it thickens to an egg-like consistency. This chia egg will help bind your muffins and give them a fluffy texture.
