Find some sunshine during these colder months in this apricot strawberry smoothie!
Working his culinary magic once again, Jason Wrobel, your favorite raw food chef, TV personality, and all-around funny guy, whips up an apricot strawberry smoothie in his brand new LA kitchen! This smoothie is super refreshing and delicious, full of antioxidants, and boasting some amazing tangy, sweet flavors that will make your taste buds happy.
Strawberry Apricot Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 whole apricot
- 1/3 cup dairy free milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 2 teaspoons coconut nectar
- Pinch sea salt
- 1 scoop Classic Plus vanilla protein
Directions:
Begin with an apricot. Cut it lengthwise, twist, and pop out the pit. Add it to the blender with your favorite dairy-free milk, and half a frozen banana. Blend away, but this is only half of your recipe, so don’t go guzzling it down quite yet. Pour it in a glass and get ready for J-Wro to make this smoothie as pretty as it is tasty.
Add organic coconut nectar, strawberries, and the other half of that frozen banana to the blender with a pinch of sea salt and a scoop of Classic Plus vanilla protein to add some extra protein power to the mix. Blend away. Pour the berry-colored potion into the other glass slowly to get the beautiful contrast.
