Recovery Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 scoops Sunwarrior Classic Plus vanilla
  • ½ cup orange or grapefruit
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 5g glutamine
  • ½ cup ice
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 5–10 drops stevia (depending on desired sweetness)

Peel the orange and measure out ½ cup’s worth of slices. You can do this beforehand to save time. Next (within 30–45 minutes of your workout) add all of the ingredients to a high powered blender. Blend and enjoy immediately.
