Every season has its flavors to look forward to. So we bring you a workout recharge with this recovery protein shake that tastes like triumph!
More importantly than flavor profile is the why behind the recovery shake. Refueling with protein after an intense workout is crucial to maximizing the gains you’re looking for. The right recovery meal or shake can aid in your body’s ability to heal and recover which will get you into your next workout faster and safer. Adding ingredients to your Sunwarrior protein like glutamine (an amino acid released to help heal muscle breakdown), maca powder (nature’s Branch Chain Amino Acid) and natural quick carbohydrates like grapefruit, you're giving your muscles exactly what they need to stay healthy and be most effective for the next workout. Replenishing and refueling the body will also help you avoid DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) which allows you to get back to business with minimal muscle tension.
All right! Go get a good sweat on then cool down with this Recovery Sunwarrior Protein shake.
