- ½ cup spinach
- ½ cup kale
- 1 cucumber
- 1 apple
- 1 lemon
- 1 thumb width ginger root
- The juice from the above ingredients
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ cup frozen strawberries

Start by making a green juice from spinach, kale, cucumber, apple, lemon, and ginger.
