Grinch Prevention Smoothie

It’s way too easy to get a little Grinchy this time of year. To help, we offer the Grinch Prevention Smoothie!

Your inner grinch can come out trying to neatly wrap gifts, during the insanely unpleasant long lines at every overcrowded store, or when you forgot to have a snack so your blood sugar has dropped, and you’re hangry and have lost all inhibitions and now can’t resist all the gingerbread flavored so-and-so-s at the grocery store even though all the gingerbread flavored so-and-so-s at the grocery store make your body feel less than so-so!

This is why I’ve invented this Grinch prevention smoothie.

With all the festive flavors of a gingerbread cookie sans the cookie part sub the holly jolly nutritious cauliflower and kale. With the added Grinch-blocking superheroes like matcha (giving you happy holiday energy), maca (giving your adrenals happy holiday endurance), Sunwarrior’s protein powder (pumping you with plant-protein that fills you up and helps your blood sugar stay balanced) you will absolutely say ho-ho-holy moly, this is the perfect holiday season green smoothie!
