Alkalizing Pear Pecan Salad

Pear Pecan Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 Bosc pear, diced
  • 1 ½ cups carrot, diced
  • 1 cup golden beets, diced
  • 1 cup pecans, crushed
  • ¼ cup cilantro, minced
  • 4 scallions, minced
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon Liquid Vitamin Mineral Rush
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • Sprinkle sprouted pumpkin seeds
  • Dash cayenne pepper

Method:

In a large mixing bowl, add your pear, carrots, beets, and pecans. Continue by adding cilantro, scallions, juice from an orange, olive oil, and coconut aminos. For extra trace minerals, add Sunwarrior Vitamin Mineral Rush. For extra protein, add hemp seeds. And for zinc, add in pumpkin seeds. Finish up with a little cayenne pepper. Mix ‘em all, plate it up, and enjoy.
