"I've used this product for a couple of years. I can replace a meal with it, either breakfast or lunch and still feel great. I';m a fly fishing guide in the Rockies and late season I often work 10- 2. I had a vanilla Lean Shake with some frozen Strawberries and some banana, and it held me well from before 7 am until after 3pm when I could get lunch. The ingredient list on this product is pretty amazing. My only complaint is that it will be out of stock at times."
