Ingredients
3 cups oats
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1/4 to ½ cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup dried blueberries
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Then begin by mixing the dry ingredients, which consist of oats, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, and salt. Next, stir in coconut oil, honey or your favorite sweetener, and vanilla.
Evenly spread the mixture out on parchment paper and throw it in the oven.
Bake for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 to 10 minutes.
Let it cool then add the dried blueberries to the mixture. And in just a short while you can enjoy this fantastically healthy treat without guilt!
