Radiant glow isn’t always bottled in a beauty serum; sometimes, they’re in your iced latte!
There are iced lattes, and then there are beauty lattes! The kind that feels indulgent, intentional, and quietly works in your favor. This recipe by Lizzie Cawley leans into both, while also working serenely from the inside out! Now, really, how chic is that?
A quick salted caramel made from coconut sugar brings warmth and depth, while creamy oat milk complements the espresso. The real upgrade, though, is a scoop of Sunwarrior’s Collagen Building Protein Peptides blended right in. This Salted Caramel flavored powder adds a subtle boost that supports skin elasticity, nail and hair growth, and cellular hydration—the kind of lit-from-within glow that beauty editors and wellness insiders always swear by.

Ingredients
-
1/2 cup coconut sugar
-
1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
-
1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegan butter
-
1/2 - 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt (to taste)
-
2 shots espresso
-
1 cup unsweetened oat milk or almond milk
-
1 tablespoon homemade vegan salted caramel sauce (to taste)
Instructions
Caramel Sauce
-
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the coconut sugar and coconut milk. Stir while the mixture melts and deepens to an amber color.
-
Add the coconut oil and let it gently simmer for about 2-3 minutes, stirring until the sauce becomes smooth and shiny.
-
Take the pan off the heat and mix in the salt.
-
Allow the caramel to cool for a bit; it will naturally thicken as it rests.
Latte
-
Mix the protein peptides into the oat milk, stirring until fully dissolved.
-
Pour the mixture over a glass of ice, then add the espresso.
-
Drizzle in the salted caramel sauce to sweeten.
-
Top with a small pinch of flaky salt for the finishing touch.
