This is a quick and simple salad that tastes wonderfully gourmet.

Ingredients
Salad
6 cups baby spinach
1 cup packed pecans
Coarsely chopped1/2 cup cranberries or raisins
1 small shallot
2 pears sliced thinly
Dressing
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Salad
Place all ingredients except pears in a large bowl and set aside.
Dressing
Whisk all ingredients in a bowl.
Pour over salad and toss gently.
Place salad on individual plates and top with sliced pears.
