Ingredients
1/2 cup plantains, sliced
1/2 cup apple, diced
1/2 cup avocado, diced
1/2 cup pitted dates, diced
1/2 cup kiwi, diced
1/2 cup strawberries, diced
1/2 cup pineapple, diced (optional)
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup berries of your choice, diced
2 cups fresh orange juice
2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
2/3 cup maple syrup
1 1/4 cups frozen strawberries or other berries
Directions
In a serving bowl, combine plantain, apple, avocado, dates, kiwi, strawberry, pineapple, pomegranate seeds, and berries (not the frozen ones).
Set aside.
In a blender, combine orange juice, lemon juice, maple syrup, and frozen strawberries or other berries, and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour blended fruit sauce over the fruit mixture and serve immediately.
Serves 4.
