Dragon Fruit Protein Açaí Bowl
Smoothie Bowl
- 2 packets of organic, frozen, unsweetened açaî
- 1 large ripe frozen banana
- ½ dragon fruit (cut into thin slices)
- 1 scoop of Sunwarrior Slim Collagen Boost
- ½ cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Toppings
- ½ kiwi, sliced
- ½ banana, sliced
- ½ dragon fruit, sliced
- A dash of coconut flakes
- A drizzle of organic almond butter
Directions
- In a blender, add the açaí, frozen banana, ½ dragon fruit, Sunwarrior Slim Collagen Boost, and unsweetened almond milk and blend until creamy. The consistency should be on the thicker side. If it feels too thick, feel free to add a dash of water but make sure that you keep the consistency smooth and rich.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and garnish with as much or as little of the toppings as you wish.
