Get ready for an apple pie in your glass. Vegan Chef Jason Wrobel smoothifies the traditional apple pie, but it’s much easier, healthier, and tastier than just taking a pie and throwing that holiday staple into your blender.
Apple Pie Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup Sunwarrior Harvest Coconut Milk Powder
- 1 cup ice
- ¼ teaspoon Sunwarrior Harvest Sea Salt
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon mesquite powder
- ¼ teaspoon lucuma powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut palm sugar
- 1½ teaspoons ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoon ground flax seed
- 2 tablespoon pecans
- 2 apples, sliced
- 1 Scoop Sunwarrior Classic Protein vanilla
Directions
- Start by adding water, coconut milk powder, and ice to your blender mug.
- Next add a little salt, cardamom, cinnamon, mesquite powder, and lucuma.
- Throw in some ginger, flax seed, and, for sweetness, some coconut palm sugar.
- Finish it off by tossing in some pecans, apples, and a kick of protein and vanilla taste with Warrior Blend from Sunwarrior.
