Vegan Homemade Graham Crackers

These graham crackers are so good, you’ll want to tell the world, but you’ll be talking with your mouth full because these are too good to stop eating!

Camping is a favorite activity to do over the summer for many people. It is much cooler in the mountains, and it’s just fun. Sitting around the fire when camping is a favorite pastime of mine. One of the best things to do by a fire is roast marshmallows and make s’mores!

Finding healthy graham crackers can be a challenge, and making graham crackers can be a daunting task. But it doesn’t have to be! It really is quite simple. You simply mix all ingredients together, roll out, and bake. They really are delicious, a favorite for all, and they will last a long time.

Whole wheat flour is the main ingredient. I ground the whole wheat myself and use that. I was a little worried it would make a very crumbly cracker, but it doesn’t. They are so tasty, I had a hard time keeping the kids’ fingers (and mine) off of them! Whole wheat is an excellent source of fiber and protein.

The crackers are also made with coconut oil which is good for your cardiovascular health as well. They provide good fats that can help lower your LDL (bad cholesterol) and higher your HDL (good cholesterol).
