TRX Split Squat Jump

Fitness Trainer Tim McComsey shares a cardio workout that’s downright dirty. For this exercise you’ll need TRX straps and a real desire to sweat.

Grab the straps and begin in a split squat stance, shoulders back. Jump up, landing in the opposite split squat, then jump again, landing in a regular squat. This is one rep. Do as many reps as you wish or until you’re out of breath and need a nap. Your glutes and legs will be burning, and this calorie-burning workout will get you toning fast.
