The Swiss ball provides a nice unstable surface that forces you to use all those little stabilizer muscles to keep your balance which in turn rocks your core more than anything on stable ground ever could. Make sure your ball has enough air to support you and then get started! Roll yourself into the plank position and feel the burn as your abs tackle the work out.
