INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop Classic Plus vanilla protein
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/4–1 cup organic raw walnuts (You decide how many calories as you can handle!) If you want some walnuts chunky, add some early and some later. Definitely remove the shells before blending!
  • ½ young coconut flesh
  • 1 cup organic vanilla almond milk
  • 1 large frozen organic banana
  • 1/8–3/4 teaspoon organic pumpkin pie spice

Optional:

  • 1 cup organic kale leaves
  • 1–2 organic Medjool date, pitted
  • ¼–½ teaspoon organic, alcohol-free vanilla (or even better: a piece of an organic vanilla bean!)

DIRECTIONS

If you want this green, start with the almond milk and kale leaves in the blender until the kale is liquefied.

If you want this smoothie to be orange colored, just start with the almond milk.

Then add the carrots, half the walnuts, your coconut flesh, and Sunwarrior protein. Blend until smooth and creamy. Then add your frozen banana and pulse with the pumpkin pie spice. If you want your smoothie sweeter, add the date. If you want more vanilla, add vanilla, if you want some chewy walnuts, toss some in while slow pulsing to finish.

If I added the Kale, I might want the date, but it depends on how sweet you want to be.

Enjoy!
