No Beach? No Problem. This tropical green smoothie will transport you to the sea and make you feel like you’re on vacation!

Once summer hits, all I want to do is beach it up. But the problem with that is that I don’t live anywhere by the beach. So, I do the obvious next best thing: I make this smoothie and sip it on the roof in the sun while blasting Bob Marley.
Packed with plant-protein from the incredibly awesome Sunwarrior, filling and healthy fat from avocado, potassium from coconut water, digestion-boosting (and de-bloating) bromelain from pineapple and antioxidants from greens, this smoothie is the tropical oasis that your insides (and your taste buds) crave in the summer!
Ingredients
- 1 large handful spinach or kale
- 1 cup pineapple, frozen or fresh
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup Sunwarrior Coconut Milk powder
- ¼ avocado
- 1 scoop Sunwarrior Warrior Blend vanilla-protein
- Juice of 1 lime
- Handful of shredded coconut (optional but great!)
Instructions
Put it all together in a blender.
Blend!!
