Fitness Trainer Tim McComsey shares a total body exercise that you can do any time as long as you have access to a couple towels and a smooth floor.
Begin in a pike position, with hands on the towels, arms straight and directly underneath your shoulders, legs straight behind you. Slide one arm out above your head as far as you can, then bring it back underneath your shoulder. Do the same with your other arm. Continue alternating arms for 3 sets of 10. Beginners may only be able to slide your arms a few inches at first, but as you get stronger you can go further. This is a fantastic workout for the core, upper body, and legs.
