Spring Morning Collagen Coffee
- 8 oz of your favorite coffee, brewed
- 1/3 cup oat milk
- 1 scoop Sunwarrior coffee flavored Collagen Builder
Heat the oat milk and whisk together with the brewed coffee and the Sunwarrior coffee flavored Collagen Builder. Whisking will create a lovely froth. Pour into your favorite mug, whisk again, and then enjoy your morning!
Churro Collagen Pancakes
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 scoop Sunwarrior churro flavored Collagen Builder
- 1 cup flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Mix together all dry ingredients. Add the coconut milk to the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Stir together until batter is smooth. If batter seems too thick, add more coconut milk a tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
Heat up a griddle and spray with coconut oil. Pour batter onto griddle and wait 2-3 minutes then flip and cook the other side about one minute or until it puffs up. Serve with your favorite toppings!
