Sit with your spine tall and your eyes closed. Place your right hand on your throat center and your left hand over the top of the first. Breathe into your hands.
As you inhale, notice any blockages that may be keeping you from communicating or expressing yourself. Inhale honesty, truthfulness, strength, and clarity. Breathe out fear, dishonesty, and lack of integrity. Visualize the color blue, which symbolizes the throat chakra, as you meditate and use your breath to increase the vibrancy of the blue color of the chakra. Continue until you feel a sense of clarity and grounding.
