Sarah Edmondson: Becoming a Vegan Mommy

The moment I told my husband, he said he was shocked, excited, and in disbelief all at the same time. His reaction was priceless. We’re beyond excited to bring this new life into the world.

Between running a human potential program in Vancouver, producing a documentary, and acting, my life can get a little nuts. As you can imagine it’s hard to stay healthy when you’re always on the run from one place to the next. Now with a bun in the oven, my appetite has become stronger, I go to the bathroom a lot, and I take quite a few naps. And at the same time, I’m trying to figure out how to be a “Vegan Mommy.” I know…some of you must think I’m crazy!

There are a lot of people who think you can’t eat vegan and be healthy while pregnant, but I’m here and partnering with Sunwarrior to figure out how it’s possible to be both pregnant and healthy. I hope you will share in my baby journey with me. I promise there will be lots of delicious and healthy food pictures, as well as baby pictures.
