Healthy Housewife Marzia Prince breaks out an exercise that’s fantastic for working out your arms, glutes, and core all at once.
Start in a seated position. Place your hands behind your hips, shoulder-width apart and fingertips pointing toward your feet. Inhale and press firmly into your hands and feet. Lift your hips while straightening your elbows. Once in the tabletop position, practice doing tricep dips. Next add leg lifts, alternating each leg.
This is a fun and fantastic exercise that you can do anytime and anywhere. You can even throw on some ankle weights for extra resistance.
