Marzia Prince and Tim McComsey, two of our favorite fitness trainer professionals, are at it again, partnering up for another workout: the back to back partner squat. You'll need a buddy for this intermediate to advanced exercise as it takes a wall squat to a whole new level by making you work harder. You'll use more stabilizer muscles in your core and hips without the steadiness of a wall behind you. Marzia and Tim then add an overhand pullover on top of it all. Put your backs together, squat, and pass that weight back and forth over your heads. You'll feel the burn in your abs and legs fast and tone those muscles quickly.
