Crimini mushrooms offer incredible immune support, protection against cardiovascular disease, and are high in selenium, zinc, and B vitamins.

On the list of super nutrition is the jalapeno pepper–packed with a rich source of antioxidants such as vitamin A, C, and K. The heat from these peppers can also help keep our metabolism revving, thus making the body burn more calories.

The red and yellow pepper also adds to the list that makes this recipe an antioxidant fighting winner.
