Find a comfortable, peaceful place. Make sure your sit bones are grounded into the earth, create length in the spine, and close your eyes. Draw yourself inward by engaging with the breath and allow your breath to carry you all the way in. Place your hands in Kalesvara mudra by extending the middle fingers and folding the thumb and remaining fingers against each other.
Begin by tuning into the heart. Inhale everything you need and exhale any negativity. This conscious breathing can help you create space in your heart, so fear can be released and love can enter. You can also introduce colors or mantras into this meditation. When you feel your heart center is clear, open your eyes and continue on with your day.
