Marching Dynamic Stretch

Dynamic stretching is typically an exercise you’ll do before your full exercise to get those muscles ready for the main event. Follow Marzia as she marches, which is essentially just as it sounds.

Walk forward, taking large steps, keeping the legs and arms straight. Do a good 15–20 reps to help warm up your shoulders, legs, and glutes for your real exercise so you stay safe and strong through everything.
