Follow Tim McComsey, fitness trainer and owner of TRyM Fitness, as he shows us an exercise that's great for your lats, back, arms, and core. Traditionally the renegade row is done with dumbbells, but Tim changes it up and utilizes kettle bells for a little extra challenge.
Start by placing two kettle bells on the floor about shoulder width apart. Position yourself on your toes and hands as though you were doing a pushup. Your legs can be straight behind you, but to make it easier, spread your legs apart. Alternate lifting the kettle bells, bending your elbow and pulling it to your side. Keep your core tight, and don't forget to breath. Repeat for several reps, or until your muscles are burning and you just can't take any more!
