Ketchup Kale Chips


Zain Saraswati Jamal shares her delicious and healthy Ketchup Kale Chip recipe! This easy snack will satisfy your cravings while keeping your waistline in check. Enjoy them on their own, sprinkled on salads, or as a side dish to your favorite meals.


Ketchup Kale Chips


  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 cup unpasteurized apple cider vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • Pinch Himalayan crystal salt, or to preference
  • Pinch stevia
  • 1 can bpa-free tomato paste


Strip kale leaves into an 8x8 pan. Drizzle apple cider vinegar over it. Add garlic, salt, and stevia and mix to coat kale. Add tomato paste and mix until kale is thoroughly coated. Dehydrate on low for 24 hours or bake at 250° F until crunchy.
