Ketchup Kale Chips
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 cup unpasteurized apple cider vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- Pinch Himalayan crystal salt, or to preference
- Pinch stevia
- 1 can bpa-free tomato paste
Strip kale leaves into an 8x8 pan. Drizzle apple cider vinegar over it. Add garlic, salt, and stevia and mix to coat kale. Add tomato paste and mix until kale is thoroughly coated. Dehydrate on low for 24 hours or bake at 250° F until crunchy.
