Hanging Leg Raise Ab Workout
Fitness Trainer Tim McComsey takes us through one of his favorite ab workouts that he does at least once a week.
You’ll need an exercise ball and a hanging bar. With the exercise ball between your ankles, hang from the bar with your arms straight. Squeeze the ball and your abs as you raise your legs. Hold that for two seconds, then release for two seconds. Continue doing this for 10–15 reps or until you’re tired.
This is a tougher exercise, but really shreds the midsection. You’re welcome.
