Hand to Toe Crossover Dynamic Stretch

Dynamic stretching is essentially an exercise before your exercise to get those muscles ready for the main event. Follow Trainer Marzia Prince as she performs a dynamic exercise that works pretty much the whole body so you’ll be up for anything.

Walk forward, keeping the legs straight, and touch the tip of your toe with the opposite hand. Perform 15–20 reps to help warm you up for your real exercise so you stay safe and strong.
