Some of you are trying to get over that lingering post-holiday hangover right now or maybe just trying to detox from that inflammation fest you just had.
Before you grab your morning coffee or tea after you wake up, chug a couple glasses of water with lemon to hydrate your system. Then make this healthy hydration drink. - 1 cucumber
- 1 stalk of celery
- 2 kale leaves
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 apple
- 1-inch piece of ginger to taste (more if you like an extra kick)
- ¼ of a lemon peeled
Take all ingredients, wash thoroughly, and put through a juicer. Pour into a glass. Enjoy immediately!
Drink this for a few mornings, and you will be back to your old self or should I say and even better self.
