(Shhh… it’s a green smoothie in disguise!) Sometimes getting your green veggies and protein in every meal can be hard. That’s where this chocolate mocha smoothie comes in to save the day!
I hate to admit it but trying to make sure you are eating a balanced meal every time you sit down can be really tough and time-consuming. But it doesn’t have to be that way! I started changing one of my meals a day to a protein smoothie and found everything in my life to be so much easier. No more decisions on what to have for lunch and making sure that it had enough protein, veggies, carbs, fat, and all the rest. I just threw it all in a blender and voila! It’s the best because it doesn’t matter where you are (driving, working, walking, etc.) you can drink it anywhere. I love knowing where my food comes from and this allows me to do just that. And the best part is it’s so simple. Other than the convenience here are more reasons why I was inspired to make this smoothie.
