Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and protein have a great reputation in the food world. But fat is a word that doesn’t have such a great reputation, which makes sense since having unhealthy fat in your body is not good. Eating bad fats such as saturated foods; corn syrup, ice cream, white sugar, butter, and whip cream is not good as well.
Nature has created several perfect combinations.
Carbohydrates
Banana, dates, peaches and other natural sugar-based fruits are perfect forms of carbohydrates.
Proteins
Spinach, beans, nuts, and seeds are fantastic forms of proteins.
Fats
And like the protein and carbohydrate, fat has its perfect form found in avocado, flaxseed, fish oil, and Brazil nuts.

Avocado, also known as the butter fruit is loaded with essential vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin K, folate, potassium, Vitamin B6 and is packed with fiber, protein, and healthy monounsaturated fats. Monounsaturated fats, unlike saturated fats, are medium-chained and primarily obtained from oleic acid (same as found in olive oil) which is known to reduce blood pressure, cholesterol, and remove inflammation. Consuming good fats also improves your skin, hair, joint lubrication, and also enhances mood and brain functions.
