Tim McComsey, fitness trainer and owner of TRyM Fitness, shows us the alphabet plank. This is a great way to work your core from all sides, as well as improve your spelling! Start by putting your elbows on the ball with your stomach tight and your legs straight. With your elbows, spell any words you want by moving your arms to create the letters. Hold for a bit in between each word you spell. Have fun with this exercise and, as always, enjoy the results.
